1.1 Free Shipping (Prepaid Orders Only)
- We provide free shipping across India for all prepaid orders placed through our platform.
1.2 COD Shipping Charges
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping charge applies. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout and added separately to the total order amount.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
- Most prepaid and COD orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, your location, courier service, and other external factors.
2 Packaging & Dispatch
- We ensure secure packaging to protect your products during transit. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be:
- Sent to your registered email address
- Accessible in the “My Orders” section on both our website and mobile app
- You can track your shipment status and delivery progress in real-time.
- Note: We plan to offer tracking updates via WhatsApp in the future for your convenience.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
- If delivery attempts fail repeatedly and the order is returned to us:
- Re-delivery charges may apply
- Any eligible refund will be processed excluding shipping and COD handling fees
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AD Enterprises is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by:
- Missing or incorrect address information
- Recipient being unreachable at the provided address
- No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
- While we strive to deliver orders promptly, AD Enterprises cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:
- Courier service disruptions or delivery area restrictions
- Weather events, lockdowns, strikes, or natural disasters
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
