By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation & Refund – Before Packaging
- You may cancel your order only before the packaging process has started.
- Once the order status changes to “Packaging in Progress” or a tracking number is generated, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only if the product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- To request a return: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the product and its original packaging
- Ensure the item is unused, not installed, and returned in its original condition with all accessories included
- If your return is approved:
- A replacement will be arranged, or
- A refund will be issued
3. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is approved due to a genuine defect or transit damage, AD Enterprises will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other exceptional cases (if accepted), the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping expenses.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products will not be eligible for return or refund under the following circumstances:
- If more than 48 hours have passed since delivery
- If the product has been used, installed, or modified in any way
- If the order has already been packaged or dispatched
5. Bulk Orders & Custom Orders
AD Enterprises caters to bulk and custom order requests for specialized needs.
Please Note:
- All such orders are managed individually and are confirmed only through email correspondence.
- Details including pricing, dispatch timelines, and payment terms are discussed and agreed upon with the customer via email on a case-by-case basis.
- These orders are not processed through our standard online platform and do not follow our general return or cancellation policy.
- Specific terms regarding cancellation, returns, and refunds are outlined separately at the time of confirmation for each order.
