1. Orders & Payments
1.1 Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation via SMS or email. This does not signify acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or other valid reasons.
1.2 Payment Methods
We accept secure payment methods including:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Mobile Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD – India only, terms apply)
1.3 Payment Completion
Orders are processed only after full payment (except COD) is successfully received and verified.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is packed. Once the status changes to “Packed” or “Shipped”, cancellations are not allowed.
2.2 Cancellation by AD Enterprises
We may cancel orders in cases of stock issues, failed payments, or suspected fraud. If so, you will be notified, and any payment will be refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Service Areas
We ship across India and to selected international locations. Availability can be checked using your PIN code during checkout.
3.2 Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping fees will be shown before checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping.
3.3 Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and product.
3.4 Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to external factors like courier issues, weather, or strikes. We are not liable for such delays.
4. Product Availability
4.1 Inventory Updates
Our listings reflect real-time inventory. In rare cases where a product goes out of stock post-order, we’ll contact you for a refund or replacement.
4.2 Pre-Orders/Backorders
For items marked as “Coming Soon” or on backorder, estimated delivery dates will be provided. Delays may occur based on availability.
5. Pricing & Taxes
5.1 For Indian Customers
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. The applicable tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product category.
5.2 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is final.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) – India Only
6.1 Eligibility
COD is available for selected PIN codes and subject to order value limits.
6.2 Charges
COD orders may include a small handling fee, displayed during checkout.
6.3 Customer Responsibility
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address with the exact cash amount. Frequent COD order cancellations may lead to suspension of the COD option.
7. Returns, Replacements & Warranty
7.1 Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective items and must be initiated within the return window.
7.2 Return Process
Submit a return request via email or the ‘My Orders’ section. Supporting images and original packaging may be required.
7.3 Refunds & Replacements
After inspection, we may issue a replacement or refund, as applicable.
8. User Account
8.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. All activity under your account is deemed authorised unless reported.
8.2 Account Suspension
Accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violations of our policies may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
